This presentation outlines evidence-based strategies to prevent cognitive decline and promote brain health in aging populations. In Hong Kong, the number of people aged 60+with dementia is projected to increase by 222% from 2009 to 2039 (103K to 332K). This presentation looked into the present cognitive training model which emphasizes novelty and foreseeable difficulty.
